What happens if my rental vehicle breaks down?
We will provide roadside assistance after determining the cause of the issue, and if it is a fault of the rental vehicle, we will provide an emergency replacement.

How old are the bikes available for rent?
They are current 2018 models from the Honda range who are known for their reliability, performance and safety features.
What is the fuel I have to fill the tank?
Fuel 91, 95, and 98.
Does the rental scooter or motorbikes have storage?
Each one has a parcel rack on the rear behind the seat, a top box can be fixed to this to increase your carrying capacity. There is also space under the seats and on the scooters there are storage bins under the handlebars.
Usage and restrictions:
Can I use my rental for Ubereats, Menulog or Deliveroo?
Yes, you can use your rental for all types of service or delivery needs to help earn an income. Our rental pricing is all inclusive covering registration, insurance, servicing, roadside assistance, emergency replacement so you can have peace of mind while you are working. Please note, we don't cover flat tyre. You can have it repaired to the nearest shop or we can pick it up to fix with an extra charge.
Can you provide the documents to ride for Ubereats?
Yes we can provide you with the necessary documents so you can apply to be a rider for Ubereats.
What if I want to hire outside NSW?
We can transport the bike for you.
What if I drive the bike off-road?
If you plan to use the bike on unsealed roads (dirt/gravel), please inform us before booking. You will be charged the full price of a new tyre, but fitting will be free of charge.
Rental terms and conditions:
What is the rental period?
We have recently introduced a 1-day rental option. There is no lock-in period, giving you the flexibility to choose between short, medium, or long-term rentals.
For customers signing a long-term agreement, a 1-week notice is required to end your ongoing contract.
Do I need to return the bike with full fuel tank?
Yes, the tank must be full, or you will be charged a fee depending on the model rented, ranging from $15 to $30.
What if I get fined?
You will be automatically nominated for any fines incurred due to illegal use or breach of this Rental Agreement. A $25 nomination fee will be charged for each infringement.
What if I return early before my contract ends?
If you decide to terminate the contract before the agreed-upon end date, a termination fee will apply. This fee will be equal to 100% of your deposit or bond, and you will also be required to pay the difference between the discounted rate you received and the regular rate for the period you rented. This charge covers administrative costs and other expenses related to early termination. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge and agree to pay this fee if you choose to end the contract early.
General riding information:
What is lane filtering?
Sydney road rules allow scooters or motorbikes to Lane Filter which means moving carefully between stationary vehicles at the traffic lights. It can reduce your travel times especially during peak hour.
Insurance and protection:
What is the accidental cover protection amount?
The accidental cover protection to rent a scooter or motorbike will depend on your age and riding experience. It varies in price from $2,000 to $3,500, with a minimum fee of $2,000 to use the cover.
What happens if my rental is stolen?
You report it to us immediately and we will take the necessary steps to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. There will be an insurance excess that needs to be paid, the amount will be dependant on your age & riding experience.
Logistics and delivery:
Do you offer delivery and pick up?
Yes, we offer delivery and pick up within and outside of the Sydney Metro Area. Message us with your address, and we will provide a quotation based on your location.
Maintenance and servicing:
Where is the servicing done on my rental?
We have a workshop on site at our Lewisham showroom with a qualified mechanic on duty to provide the required servicing for your rental, completely free of charge. A sticker indicating the kilometers needed for maintenance is located under the seat, which you can compare to your speedometer.
What are the servicing intervals?
It depends on the model. For new bikes, servicing is required after the first 1,000 km, and then every 6,000 km thereafter. A sticker indicating the kilometers needed for maintenance is located under the seat, which you can compare to your speedometer.
When do premature service?
We perform early service if your one-week rental will cover several thousand kilometers, exceeding the scheduled service. If needed, we’ll notify you of any adjustments to your rental timing.
Payments and fees:
How can I pay for my rental?
We accept all major credit cards, direct debit, and also cash.
When do I get my rental bond back?
We aim to process bond refunds within 14-21 days after you've returned the motorbike. This timeframe allows us to receive any Toll Notices that may be applicable. Please note that bond refunds are subject to deductions for tolls, damages, missing parts, rent, and any other relevant charges related to your case.
When do I need to make weekly payment?
Payments are taken automatically from your card at 7 pm on the same day you pick up, every week.
Is there tax benefits of renting vs buying a scooter?
There could be, we would advise speaking to your accountant or financial advisor to review your options but we do know many people who have chosen to rent vs buying.
What if I fall behind in my payments?
You will be required to return the bike immediately. If we are unable to retrieve the bike, the model and registration will be reported to the Police and local authorities. Additionally, a $10 fee will be applied for failing to make a payment, and failure to pay may also result in losing any special discounted prices.
Rental requirements:
What is the minimum age to rent a scooter or motorbike?
You need to be 21 years of age with proof of identification available and 25 years old to rent big bikes above 700cc
What license do you need to rent?
You need either a valid Australian or Overseas Rider's License. We do provide rentals to Learner Riders, and most of our bikes are LAMS approved.
Do I need my own helmet when I rent?
We provide helmet but if you need an extra for pillion, it would cost $7/week.
Are these rental scooters and motorbikes good for learners?
Yes they are LAMS approved models making them suitable for learner riders. They are light, nimble and easy to ride with plenty of power to move along with the traffic.
Can I take passengers?
This may depend on the Riders License you are using when you ride on the scooter or motorbike. Each model available for rent can accomodate two people if required.
Do you provide L or P plate?
Yes, you may request upon booking so we prepare it for you.
