Refund policy

 

Xpert Rentals:

Non-Refundable Bookings
All bookings made with Xpert Rentals are final and non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Rescheduling
In the event that you need to change your rental date, we allow rescheduling of your booking 14 days before your scheduled rental time, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to make any changes. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days in advance will not be accommodated.

No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your booking at the scheduled time without prior notice, your rental will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

By completing your booking with Xpert Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

 

Xpert Tours:

Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.

Partial refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule if requested more than 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.

No-show policy: If you do not show up on the day of the tour without prior notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered.

If unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or local restrictions) prevent us from operating the tour, we will offer either a full refund or a rescheduled tour date at no additional cost.
