Program Rules

Need to Know

A few things to keep in mind about how the program works.

All Rentals Count
Both motorcycle and scooter rentals count toward your tier progression. Discount codes work on all models in our fleet.

First Week Discount
Your discount applies to the first week of your rental only. If you rent for more than 7 days, the regular rate applies from week 2 onwards.

Unique Codes — No Sharing
Each discount code is unique to your account and cannot be shared or transferred to another customer.
⏰
Annual Reset
Tiers reset 1 year from your first booking date. You have a full year to reach Platinum. Once Platinum, all bookings are 30% off until the year ends.
🚫
Not Valid on Tours or Mechanic Services
Discount codes are valid on motorcycle and scooter rentals only. They cannot be applied to tours or any mechanic services.
🔄
After Reset
After your loyalty cycle resets, your next rental starts a brand new cycle. Your rental history before the reset is preserved in our records.
