While our tours are designed to offer a complete and exciting experience, some additional costs are not covered. Personal expenses, gratuities, and other extras outside of the core tour package are not included. We encourage you to plan ahead for any supplementary needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable adventure.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, there are a few essential requirements to join our tours. These help maintain the highest standards of safety and comfort throughout the journey. Whether you're riding or joining as a passenger, we prioritize both preparation and adherence to our guidelines. Meeting these requirements ensures that you’re fully ready to enjoy the adventure while staying safe on the road.
Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Partial refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule if requested more than 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
No-show policy: If you do not show up on the day of the tour without prior notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered.
If unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or local restrictions) prevent us from operating the tour, we will offer either a full refund or a rescheduled tour date at no additional cost.

Fantastic experience! The guided motorcycle tour through the Sydney area was absolutely impressive. The route took us through breathtakingly beautiful landscapes and our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The bikes were in perfect condition and the entire tour was well organized. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Sydney in a unique and exciting way!
