To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, there are a few essential requirements to join our tours. These help maintain the highest standards of safety and comfort throughout the journey. Whether you're riding or joining as a passenger, we prioritize both preparation and adherence to our guidelines. Meeting these requirements ensures that you’re fully ready to enjoy the adventure while staying safe on the road.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Partial refund: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule if requested more than 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
No-show policy: If you do not show up on the day of the tour without prior notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered.
If unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or local restrictions) prevent us from operating the tour, we will offer either a full refund or a rescheduled tour date at no additional cost.

I can highly recommend a tour with the Weekend Riders. Communication always worked quickly and smoothly, emails were always answered immediately. The pick-up service, which is included in the price, picked me up on time so that the tour could start quickly after a short briefing. The journey through the national park towards Wollongong was incredibly beautiful. You could decide at the driving speed whether you wanted to drive fast to have fun in the curves or whether you wanted to drive slowly to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Sufficient time was taken to be able to stop at a few sights, where we could also get some cultural background information. Overall, our 2 hours took longer than planned, but I never had the feeling that we had to rush back, but rather that we were offered a great experience. Photos and videos will also be taken of you during the tour, so that you get a great video as a souvenir at the end.
All in all, highly recommended if you want to spontaneously explore Australia on two wheels.
